From stuck to flow.

I've spent the last 8 years learning by doing — consulting for global brands, building my own businesses, working in venture, and leading wellness retreats on the side because my curiosity, desires and ambition are multifaceted by nature.

Everything I bring to my work comes from lived experience. I'm not a coach, nor do I think of myself as one. I'm someone who has actually been in it — the corporate grind, the solo founder 2am spirals, the pivots, the shutdown, the starting again. I know what it takes to bring things to life but I also know very well what it feels like along the way.

In this stage of my work, I show up for founders building things worth believing in. From idea to real life, scrappy to strategic, and then small business to empire. I'm here to connect dots, remove blocks, and amplify what's already there.

My hypothesis (proven true many times over so far) is that most people are actually fully capable of their vision. They just need the right people around them to get there. The first step is usually just realizing, “what got me here, won't get me there.” That is where I come in.

How we can work together

One of the hardest parts of building my first business was being a solo founder with no full time team. When I did bring on contractors, it was usually for strictly execution... but what I actually needed was someone to think big with me. Someone so I didn't feel like I was the only brain powering the momentum and future of everything I was building.

Founder Advisory is a weekly dedicated session for solo founders who are building, with or without a team, and need a consistent partner in their corner. Part strategic thought partner, part roadblock remover, part the co-founder you don't have.

Some weeks it's business or growth strategy. Some weeks it's just getting unstuck. Some weeks you need a mindset shift to get back into the right energy and mental space to keep going, make a hard decision, or navigate a change you didn't see coming. And some weeks you just need to think out loud with someone who has actually been in it and won't make you feel like you're falling behind.

Investment: $1,000/month — one 60 minute session per week.

Your deck might be good. But if you're too close to it (and most founders are by nature) it might not be landing the way you think it is for potential investors.

This audit is a fresh set of eyes on your narrative, your positioning, and the story you're asking investors to have conviction in. We will have a session to go in depth of what you're building, why it matters and why you win. From there, I will review your deck through a lens of whether the case for investment is as clear and compelling as it needs to be. Feedback tends to be a mix of low hanging fruit and more strategic shifts in how you're approaching the pitch, but always honest. The goal is to help you have a better fundraise by sharpening the story you're telling.

Note: this works best with a draft already in hand. We're refining and elevating, not starting from scratch.

Investment: $500

Most people don't need more information. They need someone who can cut through the noise, ask the right questions, and help them see their situation clearly.

I bring a decade of experience across corporate consulting, venture, startups, and wellness — and a rare ability to hold the full picture of someone's life and work at once. Whether you're weighing a major decision, navigating a transition, or just need to think out loud with someone who gets it — these sessions create clarity where there was confusion.

Investment: $150

We start by getting honest about where you actually are. We look at the full picture: what's working, what's blocking you, where the white space is, who you're really for, and whether your pricing and packaging are set up to grow.

From there we build the plan. Which channels deserve your energy and which ones to stop. How to show up with content that builds trust over time. Where partnerships, events, and community can do the work that paid acquisition can't. How to keep the customers you work hard to get. And how to track what's actually moving the needle.

Then we make sure everything shows up right. Your founder brand, the product experience for your customer, your email strategy, your website. We want to make sure operationally there is the right flywheel foundation set for growth compounds to compound.

Investment: scope determined after an intro call. Engagements typically start at $5,000.

What clients say

I brought my pitch deck to Ryan; it had already been through several rounds of feedback, but I still felt like something wasn't fully clicking. I came to her wanting to ensure the story I was trying to tell was not only coherent but also compelling. I was particularly interested in her feedback because she works directly in this space, sees these types of decks constantly, and knows first-hand the types of sticking points and questions that investors raise. She advised on the order of the slides, which points I needed to strengthen and be more specific about, as well as parts of the deck that I was overemphasizing and didn't need as much attention as I was giving. The result after implementing her feedback: a deck that feels strong, enticing, and one I can confidently present in any room. Beyond that, she provides the feedback clearly and with compassion. She understands the work that goes into these decks and handles the conversation truly wanting you to succeed in your fundraising journey! I can't recommend Ryan enough!

Working with Ryan was honestly such a grounding force during a really important phase of building Retreat. She has this ability to zoom out and see the bigger picture, while also being incredibly on it when it comes to execution. What I appreciated most was how much ownership she took—she didn't just give input, she actually moved things forward in a meaningful way. It made a huge difference. I trusted her with key parts of the business, and that trust was very well placed. I'm really grateful for the time we worked together and would absolutely recommend her to any founder or team.

Ryan brings a rare combination of intuitive understanding and sharp business acumen to the wellness space. What sets her apart is her ability to translate lived, anecdotal experience into grounded, strategic guidance that actually works in the real world. She supported me with pricing and competitive market analysis, and the level of clarity she provided was incredibly valuable. Her insights are not only thoughtful, but actionable, rooted in both data and a deep understanding of the industry. If you are looking for someone who can bridge the gap between wellness and business with precision, Ryan is an exceptional resource.
